A new research protocol for the treatment of breast cancer patients who developped lymphoedema begins in Mexico.
On Monday, October 15, the Physical Therapy Department of the Regional General Hospital No. 1 "Lic. Ignacio García Téllez" of the Mexican Social Insurance Institute (IMSS) started the project. For the study, Deep Oscillation Therapy will be used to treat patients suffering from lymphoedema, as a sequel to breast cancer surgeries.
